Personal Coordinator for wedding day Reception Only. Contact vendors to ensure all supplies and venue are taken care of. Prepare a timeline outline for Vendors and Bridal Party for the wedding day. Wedding Rehearsal (1 Hour) set up with props and Bluetooth speaker, Handouts, and attendance. Also includes, vendor walkthrough. (4-6hours Only)
The provision of wedding day emergency kit. Stay after ceremony, contact vendors to ensure all supplies and venue are taken care of. Prepare a timeline outline for Vendors and Bridal Party for the wedding day and more. Wedding Rehearsal (1 Hour) set up with props and Bluetooth speaker, Handouts, and attendance.
This includes Wedding Planning Management, Bridal Party Consultation, Vendor and Venue Selections and Confirmation, Wedding rehearsal set up and attendance, scheduling counseling sessions, scheduling and attending vendor meeting as needed, scheduling and attending caterer tasting, Payment Deliver to Vendors, Scheduling Bridal Gift Selection, Email, text updates and print outs for monthly Bridal reminders and Assisting Bride with Attire Decisions. This also includes Post-Wedding Follow Up, Assistance with Invitations Set-Up and RSVP.

Also, setup Wedding Rehearsal with props and Bluetooth speaker, Handouts, attendance and Busboy, if needed for Wedding Day. Also includes Post-Wedding Follow Ups and Vendor Walkthrough (Up to 14 Hours of Coordination)

A Driver to pickup and drop off. Discounts will apply based on the amount of stops the driver has to make. The cost is for one stop only!
This is when you are being Assisted in booking your Hotel, Flight, Car Rental and anything else needed.
The first Session is @$75.00 and everything after is @$55.00 a session. This is so protocol can be established. Props are included.

This is when you meet the Planner/Coordinator to discuss the services that are available. The first session is Free and any non-clients sessions will be subject to a fee not exceeding $30.00.
